squeeling window

theres an opera of screaming banshees when i roll the window up on my passenger side. anybody ever had that problem? any remedies to make it go away? it drives me up a wall..

Mine has never done that, but I spray a little silicone on the rubber seal while the window is down once or twice a year.

i got some out in my garage. would the rubber soak it it up or would it smear on my window when i roll it up?

LOL your description of the problem was awesome. Mine squeaks a bit (crank windows). It's probably the seal like he said, I gotta try that.

Let the silicone dry on the rubber (or wipe it off the glass). Makes the rubber last longer also. Use it on the door seals in the Winter and ice won't stick the doors shut as bad.
