Viair 280c Compressor
3 gallon pancake tank powercoated blue (max pressure 250 PSI)
115 psi on 145 psi off pressure switch
Brass fittings from Home Depot
Ball valve for air drainage
3/8 inch air line from tank to horn valve
valve on horn with 20 amp push button switch in cubby hole ("NOS" brand)
Philadelphia Mass transit Trolley horn ( only allowed to sound horns in tunnels)
19" long board bought at Lowes
Board covered in 2004 Caddie Trunk carpet ($3 at the junkyard)
Standard 3" door hinge

this was my old set-up took up WAY TOO MUCH room and the tank rusted out anyway

Ouch wouldn't it be better if turned the horn the other way? So much crap from you tire could get up.

Could wrap some screen around it, shouldn't cut down the db at all.

Na never had a problem.

It's actually not directly behind the tire, it's just "inside" of it

The first set up looked niceee. Wish my tank looked that clean. I have a pancake style tank too. It's hidden where the spare tire goes. lol.
