Ok heres the question guys.........went in and got the intake gasket leak fixed, havent noticed anything outside and im sure there is no problem but I still have the sludge inside the coolant, the coolant isnt going down, my low coolant light isnt coming on like before so i have no reason to suspect it........now my question is should I take in my car, say.........

"I still have oil in my coolant from a problem I had fixed here, When or if they flushed it I dont think they got it all out and I was wondering if they can fix that problem that should have been fixed when I first brought it in"

or something like that.......do you guys think its something they should fix, and do you think I should say all that in another way??

I had the gasket leak fixed recently, too, and I noticed that they charged me for a full bottle of coolant, but did not flush it. Just before I had it fixed, I read all the comments about the leak and about the coolant itself. The first thing to note is that the Dexcool coolant is known to get sludged up, leak or not. It is not a superior product and starts to seperate in your system like bad milk. Many people including GM dealers recommend flushing it out completely and replacing it with the green coolant, which is OK as long as you are sure you got all the orange goo out. At a minimum, I would buy a bottle of coolant flush and flush it out yourself, use plenty of water and make sure all of the crap is worked loose from your fittings and water pump. Then refill with whatever.
Check out this site, it should give some good info:

they should have completely flushed you system out. Dexcool isnt a bad coolant. I would stand by it. the green stuff can do the same if not properly used. But as for switching to the green stuff its a huge risk. I used dexcool and prestone extra life coolant when i re-did my manifold gaskets and have had no problems yet. But i also flushed my coolant system out too. Walmart sells a kit and so does almost any parts store i would imagine.

Take it back and tell them to flush it right this time.

When I had mine in for 50K service, they charged me $125 to flush the coolant, and they didn't get all the crap out, That is why I recommended doing it yourself. Also, if you do it yourself, you can refill it with better quality stuff like Prestone, whether u use orange or green. FYI, I do still have the orange coolant in mine.
