Light above rear license plate

Both the screws were rusted, but I managed to get one out, but the other is completely stripped. I tried using an extractor, but don't want to do damage.

Are the bulbs just 194's with the two wire connectors on the bottom?

yes its a twist in socket

you can stick your hand in and twist the bulb socket out and and there you go
