I am looking to put in a double din touchscreen flush mount stereo that will accept a back up camera and still use the steering wheel controls on a Silverado Any one have a stereo that will do that other than the stock Navi unit?

Im not an expert on car audio, though im still good. But so far as i know any double din is capable of this. as far as still using the Wheel controls, i think scorsche makes something that will plug into factory wiring then the radio as allow that to happen.

The Backup cam would most likely plug in to the aux rca providing it has the rca cables.

you can get the alpine double din it works great and yes it works with the reverse cam and there is navi and bluetooth

well my friend has a alpine double din and it is sweet i think that apline makes the best ones but there is pioneer, kenwood but if you want a good one it will not be cheap the one my buddy has is 1grand but it is worth it. but ryan from ohio might have some deals

ALpine W205 is a very nice headunit.

Uses the PAC SWI-JACK for steering wheel controls
Uses the PAC TR-7 for video bypass

It's a great setup IMO

I'm a fan of the pioneer AVIC. Most of those features are built in.. Just need the PAC SWI-PS for the wheel controls.

What year silverado?

my Jensen is back up camera capable but i just don't use it like that, and honestly i love it cause it does what i want it to do. just my .02

I picked up an Alpine W203 NIB for $399 (actually got two, one for the ho and one for the wife's TB). You have to buy the nav unit for hands free, but other than the fact it doesn't like the formatting for syncing to my blackberry (it only wants to read from the last name field instead of first and last name). Alpine makes an add on for just about everything so you can expand away.

Question for the Auid experts Have a double din stereo touch screen just reinstalled it and now cant pick up any Fm station all stations end with a 0 so it puts the freq to high. Any Ideas on how to correct this becides unpluggin and plugging back in which I have done many times and does not work
