Temperature Tolerance

Does anyone know how hot the area around the throttle body gets? I'm modding my intake some more by myself and this would help me pick out which kind of elbow that I need to attach to the throttle body intake.

i just used your run-of-the-mill sears plumbing elbow. worked just fine
