I was wondering if there'd be another Niagara meet... last years was loads of fun, with the exception of Operation Asshat of course.

I'd be up for a weekend getaway for another meet.

Lets do a falls meet for sure, any weekend but labourday. depending on the turnout we might be able to come to my place for a swim. Also, sorry about not getting it toegether in time for wonderland, but if you guys are down for the falls thang and wannaa day trip planned, Darrien Lake is less then an hour away, and it only costs $25 to get in. Tons of rides and about 7 rollercoasters i think. I was at the falls meet last year for 2 days and it was a hoot. I just wanted to see an alero with a body kit on it, but nobody came with one. We had lots of boom, and flashing lights :smokin: , but no kits. Anyways maybe this year... :P

 i got caught speeding and weaving on my way to a mcmaster football game, on the QEW, by an undercover who followed me for about 5 km. got charged with careless, but went to one of those speeding lawyers (not xcoppers can't remember the name though) and got the careless reduced to just speeding of 50km over. the fine for that was $367, and the lawyer cost me $550. My insurance hasn't gone up yet though, it'll be 2 years since it happened in october, I think i'm lucky that state farm hasn't checked my abstract yet or i prolly wouldn't be able to afford the insurance on my Ninja. The new casino is difficult to get parking for, especially on the weekend, and its expensive, but the old one is still really busy and lotsa fun. I'm good for whatever weekend its happenin. If we head to darrien lake for a day we can hit the duty free shop and get cases of beeer for $25 canadian!!! That should get littlepontiac  googlyeyed plenty of times  anyways theres always plenty to do down here.

:smokin: beer :P or rye and ginger  , i'm not picky, that's it tho! I'm thinking the weekend of the 17th, 18th, and 19th is best for me, or the next one (24th, 25th, and 26th). More time to save up some loot, and finish moddin while the weather is still nice. At the rate we've been going tho i wouldn't doubt it if we had sno  and the rims would have to come off :( Hopefully i can figure out a way to get my subs outta the box and fiberglassed into the corners of my trunk so i have room to flip my seat down for snowboards this year. Like I said, 17th, 18th 19th is better for me, a little more time to save money. Do you guys want me to look into some hotel prices, Do you want to be right on clifton hill again this year, or somewhere a little further away, or there's even campgrounds not too far up lundys lane. i can do some leg work, maybe one weekend is cheaper then the other, is anyone opposed to 17,18,19. Some of the younger people might not want to miss their frosh week festivities. Let me know guys and i'll start crackin on some prices.

The hotel we were at last time (Thirft Lodge) was decent. And teh closeness of the beer garden/pizza pizza was good. If I remember right the prices werent outrageous for the room. And then of course there was the beer garden right there with the pizza pizza.

So in short, beer garden = good. B)

LOL, I saw a kid do it in a MR2 at Mospsort last year.....problem was he was in the first race on the warm up lap :huh?:

Turn 4 you saw him enter and everyone is thinking, he is to high, he needs to lay off the gas.....do you think he did??? nope. It was like 15 seconds you were watching this guy knowing he was going to hit the wall if he didn't do anything, and yet he didn't.

i don't know if theres much to do other then the track in barrie, but i'm tellin you theres shnitloads goin on in the falls all the time. I liked the place we stayed at last year too, nice and close to everything, and it was reasonable. tons a chicks and guys too, if single ladies are considering coming. I think theres more to do down here, whether we wanna stay together or shop on our own, or lose money at the casino. Theres lotsa places to ride your bike, or rollerblade, or walk, or shop. We can throw popcorn at the tourists, or just sit around and drink, or we can go swimming, or hiking, If anyones into the deathdefying art of rockclimbing i have enough gear for 4 people to go at once. We could also do some boldering or repelling if you guys are interested. come down here friday, stay saturday, some go to the track if you like in the evening, stay saturday night as well, and we can hang out all day sunday as well. PLLLEEEAAAAASSSEEEE everyone come down here, the more the merrier!!!!

Same, here.... well except for the family, and not having been to the falls.

The more I think about it the more I'd rather chill at the falls for the weekend.

Maybe we should create a falls meet thread so that those folks from the states who might be interested in coming will see it too.

I think we should post under the niagara falls post from now on, as the meet is no longer scheduled to happen in toronto. that way it will stay fresh so everyone will know that its in the falls, hope some of the americans can make it out too. :D
