driver side door handle

Well went to open the door to get out and the interior door handle broke. it moves but it snap inside. Now i have to put the window down to open the door and with winter coming that isn't going to be easy when if freezes. Can some one give me a step by step on how to replace it. thanks.

Have you tried to pop off the door panel and see if the rod is actually broken? i haven't taken my panels off yet but my old regal had something like that happen...it turned out to be this little plastic thing.

you need to remove your door panel to get to the handle that connects the 2 rods to the lock. the rods are a bitch to get off of the interior handle, they do come out thought, you should be able to just get those 2 rods off and then replace it with a new handle and put your door panel back on
