Hey, guys. I'm new here, but I have some experience working on cars. My sister and I went to a dealership in the summer of 06 so she could buy a "cute" car, and she was too young to buy a car on credit, so the Alero that she found was put under my name. Four years later, at 180K miles up from 120K, the Alero is mine to drive while my Pontiac Bonneville's transmission is being rebuilt, and my sister bought a new car.
It's a nice, little car with no rattles or other interior noises. The ride is cozy, and everything works. There were a few odd things, like clogged cats and a falling apart ignition, but I fixed it up. I'm now daily driving it, and I like it. If the transmission weren't slipping, I'd be completely satisfied. I'm here to learn more about general mods and help you guys out. Also, I need to post pictures!
