The wetter water is an additive I am guessing? Well unless on the bottle it says its ok to add with dex-cool i wouldnt do it. This stuff is pretty touchy as far as what you add to it.........

Tell me you didn't? Water Wetter is ONLY supposed to be used in water. Water wetter is used to help prevent corrorosion of metal, not make things run cooler.
I use water wetter in my computer, yes my computer, because it is liquid cooled.

Liquid cooled comp??^^^^^ God damn technology is-a-changin!
yea, dont mess w/the dex-cool. a 50/50mix with distilled water, and you should never have a problem as long as you follow scheduled maintenence.

exactly, you add anything other than what oldsmopimp posted, and it'll break down the dexcool properties that make it last so long.

I've used it
its safe with dexcool but doesnt do that much with it
I was running highly diluted dexcool with it last year before winter
honestly. I'd flush out the dex and go to regular green with it
dex doesnt cool as well as green
its just susposed to protect better
but with water wetter and green you have all the protection you will need

Not a problem at all. I'm not sure what that translates to in quarts, but the manual says capacity is 13.6 quarts.

4 quarts to a gallon, so you put in 12 quarts. Meaning your a quart and a half short.

Yeah, I made up for the short fall after I flushed the car and then ran it for about 20 minutes. The overflow container was empty after running it, so I filled it. That should have taken care of everything.

Redline Water Wetter Is compleatly safe to add with Dex Cool I have been running it for a good wile now and there is excess buildup of sluch in the tank, it also helps the engine stay cooler for longer. I mean if your sitting in 90 degree weather its going to heat up but Water Wetter slows it down. It also cooles off faster when the fans engage.
