View Full Version : specs on stock rear deck speakers?

I was just wondering what the specs are on these speakers. they aren't working at all and I want to see if they're blown or if there's a wiring issue.

edit: I mean the electrical specs. (ohms, watts, volts, etc. I know they are 6x9, but that's all I know. And I don't have the monsoon amp)

how would the specs help you in this situation? you will probably need to cut the wires and test them either on your front speakers or another setup to see if they play. then you will be able to know the proper steps to take from there.

Randy, I think I still have my stocker's sitting on a shelf in my garage. I'll have to check, but you can just have them, if I do.

4 Ohms and rating would be around 20 WRMS

Volts?? lol

If you think its blown look at the ohms. It could potentially be blown but the coil hasnt fully blown open yet.

yeah, I forgot everything on our cars is 12VDC...bleh.

Sorry man Ive stopped doing the sales thing for now. To much stuff going on at my real job + its not worth the time (most of the time).

he read 0.7ohm on his stocker. and non-monsoon speakers are 8ohms in the back.
