sony touch screen

Hey, i have a quick question and it may be dumb..lol

So the Sony touch screen deck at this audio store is 500$ but the same sony touch screen is 400 at best buy, would it be same quality or just a cheap referb

look at the model number and chances are it has something that the other one doesnt have like and ipod wire or bluetooth referbs will be stated on the box usually

wouldnt the model number be different for every one. or am i thinking of the product number?

your thinking product number, if its the same thing with everything the same then the model number is the same

Why not go bigger eBay Soundstream 8" they have a flip out that actually has an 8" screen. Better bet would be to get a dbl din so you don't block the vents

my 7in. barely blocks my vents all i did is took the plate and put my deck in at the bottom of the factory opening

This. Wal-mart kit mounted upside down worked really well for me.

this isnt a flip out touch screen. How we have the cd and tape casett attached to each other it will fit in there. There is no flip out screen the screen is right there and showing, just like putting in a deck same thing, just this has a touchscreen. but just wondering because 100 difference is a nice margin. Because im debating on a after market alarm, or a 2 way alarm. one is i think 300 and the 2 way is 400 or 500

It's a nice radio.. put one in yesterday, but the $1000 one with GPS and a few other doodads on it. Looked great in a Cavalier pocket.. should look good in your Alero, too.

YES thats it. o wow its 500 to lol maybe the one i saw at best buy is a different model. BUt i just got my music vids done. But one is a .mkv you think it will play it, every other one is wmv or mp4 ,avi

i know it has a aux for ipod, but i dont see the hook up in the pic????

look on craigslist. i found a pioneer touchscreen dvd player for 200

Well, the one we put in had a rear mount USB cord that you run out the dash.. but I don't remember a front mount aux in... usually on those it's a pair of RCA inputs on the back. That's what it is on my alpine.

Something that I learned too was that places like Best Buy, Circuit City....etc get there own model numbers for some reason. So it's possible that it is one in the same. I forgot what I was looking for but the item I was trying to purchase had two different model numbers on it between BB and CC, and yet a another one if purchased direct however it was the exact same thing.

haha, thanks for reminding me that. Ill go to the audio shop and say well bb has this same touch screen for 400 can you match it?
