Welcome to the site man! I'm from Indiana but I can offer as much E-Help as possible. Do you know what your looking to do with this car? Are you wanting to keep it mostly stock and just add a few little power adders? Or are you wanting to have a fast car?

Welcome to the site. If you haven't already, check out the how-to section of the forums. You'll get a lot of ideas of what to do on your car.

Actually first I think I have to fix the small problems it has first, like the rear end being smashed in due to a hit and run and my mirror being smashed off due to my crazy ex of a girlfriend which caused scratches on the side of the car, but besides that I mostly want to do all the performance up before I do the Visuals for obvious reasons

Welcome! I was never really on the site too much, mostly browsing, searching stuff around to learn about the Alero when I bought mine. One thing to watch out for with the 3.4L depending on mileage is the LIMG they have a tendency to fail. My 3400 lost its main bearings about a year ago at 154K miles and im not too sure why they failed, maybe due to a LIMG failure previous to me buying the car, not too sure.

Drop your car get some stock size wheels with some crazy camber and tire stretch.. mad tyte stance yo. seriously though get as much suspension stuff done as you can. Than get your heads ported and get some nice ass headers to a full straight piped exhaust with a Burns 2 stage muffler. And get it tuned on e85 and eat Mustang GT's

Do you even know what they hell you're talking about? Straight pipes = no muffler.

LIMG means the lower intake manifold gasket. What would happen is they would start to leak causing coolant to get into your oil. There was a recall GM had to do. Also my suggestion for a starter mod is a cold air intake. Adds a little horsepower and sounds pretty cool. They're pretty cheap if you get one off ebay.

Welcome to the site.
First thing you want to do, is NOT to listen to ManWhore. He's proven many many many times he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about, including in this thread.
Second, decide which way you want to go, then abuse the search btton

Says the guy who with as much work done to his engine still only runs mid 14's.... But I'll probably get banned for defending myself as usual..
What could possibly be false about my statement.. you disagree that having head work done and adding headers and a new downpipe (which is the most restricive part of a stock exhaust) and getting tuned on E-85 (Which is proven to make more power than 93 octane) makes me an idiot than one of the best auto-mechanics schools in the nation must have been teaching me wrong.. Please explain yourself in full detail.
Thanks
