hey guys, i have a question about my 2.2.
i have a wideband installed in my car. when i installed it, the gauge showed it was running perfect. 13 at idle and cruise, 12 at wot.

after a few months, the gauge was starting to get erratic, 15-13 at idle and cruise, and never 12 at wot, just go 20 (lean)

now it just always runs lean (90%) of the time. when i am just cruising and feathering the throttle it will try to run proper, put it still goes everywhere. give it just a little bit of gas it leans right out

things i've changed.
changed ait sensor (did help a little)
changed ait grommet
fixed exhaust leak (which was leaking before the gauge starting acting up.
seafoamed intake and ran fuel injector cleaner

next im going to try a fuel filter. mine is only 1 year old, but water might of plugged it up.

any other ideas

fuel filter or pump have got to be the issue I think.

installed a new fuel filter. the car seems to be running better, but the gauge is still everywhere

sounds like the float is broke

sounds like the float is broke

what float, and why would my wideband show me running lean if it was broken

Whats everywhere?? The reading would never be at a dead 14.7 per say at idle or cruising. What is it at wot? And at wat rpms you begin flooring it?
