probably a 1% gain on a jet dragster. I found out the hard way that these octane boosters foul spark plugs. Had to replace the plugs on my Rodeo after 5k miles. They were fouled with a red dust that my mech buddy said was the octane booster that was in the fuel injector cleaner I was using. They were platinum plugs too. :pissed:

you know I bet there's people out there who put one of those in EVERY time they fill up. At $7.00 a piece it would take only 100 fill-up's OR LESS! (depending on the kit you get) to have spent enough to just put a real Nitrous system on your car!

111? That's sissy stuff. At RP we sell 116 Octane ("the purple stuff") for only $7.25/gallon.

As for octane boost, it's actually one of the worst additives you can put in your engine. It will leave a bad residue in your tailpipes and does basically nothing to really enhance performance.

16 oz in a can. Have 1/4 tank of gas now. If I put in 3 more gals of gas I'll have 1/2 tank. 7 gals of empty space.

OK so there are 4 pints in a gal (16 x 4) and I want to put in 7 gals of this really cool stuff that will make no power what-so-ever.

I need 28 cans, and at about 10 bucks a can, I can make 700 HP plus the appox 200 I already have. Cool I can have 900 HP in my car for $280 :thumbsup: Where's my credit card?

I won't have to worry about flats either. I got 4 stock rims and tires for a Civic on Ebay for 100 bucks. You know that those tires can handle the whopping 2000 hp that a civic gets from all the stickers and park benches on the deck lid :thumbsup:

That nos booster crap, We were at the drag way and this guy had like a 2000 toy corola, he was putting that in and wgen I questioned him about the perpous he told me "any advanteg I can get and this stuff gives me plenty :thumbsup:
