I just installed my eibachs saturday and my god what a difference in handling, braking, and the ride ( it still feels real nice )

I can show you pics of my car but I have 195/60r15 on ( wrong size I know but free tires is free tires ) so it just makes it look kinda factory height but its not its just my low tire size

Definitely gets rid of the 4x4 stance, and the handling improvement is very noticeable.

No clunking after the install anyone? Must just be me.. it'd be awesome if it was my wastegate dump tube smacking the ground. It does have a lot of dents in it.

No clunking... just squeaking until everything settled in its place.

I thought they dont make eibach kits anymore? When is the last time someone ordered a kit?

They don't make "Alero" specific kits anymore, but you can still buy the Malibu/Grand Am kits

I fail.... W/E though....i got the H&R springs and im happy....although i still have some sounds......more than i had before my suspension got changed.

Question.....the bolts/studs that hold the strut to the car look smaller to me.....a lot smaller......could that affect performance at all? or lead to weird sounds? idk...maybe its just me but i could have sworn the bolts with the stock suspension were like 13-14mm.....these new ones are 10mm....weird? or am i just paranoid? lol

As someone with a GA with this kit on it, ours clunked when we first did the install, it turned out that we had one of the front strut mounts turned in the wrong position, you might want to try remounting whichever one is clunking, the mount is angled, and if its mounted wrong, it will slip on the mount when you hit a bump, causing a clunk

Ion if your still getting clunking ( I realized I did this the first minute of driving my car as it happened to me ) check and see if you tightened the bolt on top ( the big nut ) all the way I didn't do it on my pass side and that had me create a big clunking noise

don't mind the rust winter took a bit hit on it this year and the weather is just starting to get nice so either by the end of this month or start of the next its going to be fixed

thanks, as for the link you posted go to ebay its cheaper and you still need to buy mounts ( all 4 corners unless yours are less then a year old ) and when you take your factory struts off you need to take the rubber boot off of them to put on your new ones as no struts unless you buy the pre-assembled ones come with them
