So I am about to convert my AEM 2.4l WAI to a CAI by adding ecotec piping to it. I was thinking that pip is still getting pretty damn hot so would it be a good idea to use some of the VHT ceramic spray (header coating) on it. My idea is obviously heat shielding just not sure if it will work. Thanks

another thing what they mean is, that high temp spray paint is designed to keep the paint from chipping ( head's, engine blocks etc ) and doesn't do anything to keep heat out or in
