I was thinking about getting a sub, but I can't decide whether it's worth it or not. I don't play music that loud and I don't know if it will be a waste of money or not.

This is what I was thinking about getting.

I had these in a hatchback before and they pack a SERIOUS punch for the price. They are kinda crappy build quality tho...

plus they light up at night if you want!

I have had both of those brands and I hated the duals. I would go with the MTX subs. Ryan might chime in and give you some ideas.

I dont think thats a good deal. If I remember right I seen that package locally with the amp and install kit for $250.

If you dont want to go crazy nuts then look into a single 12. That will give you enough bass when you want it and wont take up to much room.

Its pointless for me to suggest anything unless you have a budget.

I have this set up right now:

http://www.amazon.com/Fusion-Reactor-RE-PK1120-12-Inch-Complete/dp/B001W6PYIO/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1308704436&sr=8-9

I just wanted something, and actually picked it up from my local best buy. I'm still saving up for a legit set up, but this does great for what it is! Only problem I've ever had was the amp would overheat after about an hour and a half of use.

I have 2 12" mtx jackhammers that i fell in love with but since my car is in the shop i haven't put them in yet. I have a Pioneer 8500 with a pioneer deck.
