Hi,
Just joined this morning. I have a 2001 Alero GX coupe, 2.4L that I bought new. Now at 90,000 miles. Been our daily driver since new. My wife and I always loved the looks of the car . Interested to see what you all are doing with your Alero's, also problems and fixes. I'm dealing with the common rust issue on the lower quarter now. Just cut out and welded in new metal, even had to replace part of the frame structure. Kinda surprised me, car has always been garaged and well cared for . I guess that doesn't matter when it comes to rust :> Anyhow, looking forward to the message board.

Thanks. It's Navy Blue Metallic (Code 28) I'm pretty sure it wasn't available in all Alero production years.....

I'm in Beaver County, about 23 miles down the Ohio River from downtown Pittsburgh, the town is Baden.............

I know of Baden, we used to frequent the Sheetz on 51 while I was in college. I went to RMU in Moon. I lived in Center Twp prior to moving here. I wish you would have joined earlier, we used to have a ton of get togethers in the area.
