How much torque?

So im putting on an aftermarket pacesetter header. Im wondering what how much torque for the header bolts and if there is a specific pattern to put them on?

Haynes says:
Mainfold to Head Nuts 13Ft-lbs
Then pipe to Manifold Nuts is 22Ft-lbs

Also says tighten nuts evenly, working from center outwards, to the torque listed

also u need a torque wrench to torque them correctly.

As MMGT1 said, when putting on the header or headers you tighten the center first, and work your way outward.
