Header bolts

Im putting on pacesetter headers and im taking off the stock header bolts.
I got them unscrewed BUT on 8 of them the studs came out. And 2 of them the studs came in with the nut rusted to it. What should i do? Get all new studs? If so, where do i buy them? Or is there a way to get the rusted ones off (ive tried DW40)

pb blaster, then put 2 nuts on on stud so they interlock to reinstall them on the head

If your in the Macgyver kinda mood, an old construction trick I picked up years ago, toss 'em in some Diesel fuel with a bit of trans fluid mixed with it. Let them sit in it overnight, will amaze you what comes out!

anybody know where to buy studs from? and anybody know the specific dimensions of them?

I know they are a M8X125 but not sure on length, I'll have to see if I can look that one up
