The SC would fit the engine, sure, but the tubing, intercooler, and all the other stuff you need that is Colbalt, you would have to custom make ;)

Gm parts supply and a lot of thread searching. I did some looking around a while ago, it's quite an undertaking to put it together. Also check out you tube, idk if there's anything with parts but there are a lot of vids with guys that have done it. (sunfire and cavilier vids as well, they are the same engin)

start searching for parts on j-body.org and cobaltss.net. When piecing it together from a cobalt the only thing that its lil hard to get is a T/B adapter, unless its a kit from GM when it was being sold as it was included.

So to super charge this engin would tuning job be nessary? And do fuel injectors need to be upgraded? Or is just, get the parts and pit them on? I know to be able to turbo our engin it's quite the deal. Scotty, if you do this keep me up to date. Iv been wanting to do more performance stuff myself.

Yes you need tuning for the car and injectors aswell... Just find a place that has HPTuners, you dont have to own the program itself to just get a tune. If you guys already been searching you guys would of get the idea of what the "KIT" was sold with. Most the time when ppl selling M62 kit comes with the 36lbs injectors from a cobalt ss which is direct fit to our rail.
Things that are little different for our car, would be:
Need a T/B adapter unless its already included(if the kit came from a previous cavy they should have it already).

The radiator hose from the cobalt SS wont clear with our radiator. I ended up cutting my stock one and the SS one, and use an adapter. so basicly be creative, very simple..they sell adapters for hoses in autozone and advance auto.

For the Air to water Intercooler, I went with a cobra SVT one.(this is recommended to minimize some of the heatsoak, but is not needed to run the car just fine.) Other option is ZZP heat exchanger, but check measurements.

 I think I fell in love with the power of your car. I would love to do this with my 2.2 but with no money and it being an auto it wouldn't be the greatest.

Thanks for sharing.

Beatiful! So, for everything needed to set that up, what was your total cost?
