Dude its a valve cover. Tighten till snug then do a quarter turn. Ur not gunna break anything if its not within spec. It's a valve cover. ***edit it shows at 75 ft/lbs.*** seems a bit much to me. Just do snug and a quarter

I'd agree. specific torque on that I certainly wouldn't think be to large a deal. Like he said, it's a valve cover. Did you have to get a new gasket or was it salvageable? (jw, I'm taking mine off to paint soon)

i reused mine. i took it off when i took off the valve cover then put it back on right before i put the cover back on

here it is so far. I havent put back on the ecotec plate yet. But im also gunna see what it looks like a month from now. If it stays non chipped (i did use clear coat) then ill take it off again and do a design.

I have a mini breather filter and i was wondering if i put it attached to the cam cover, what will i need to do with the side that has the hose running to the intake?

I have wanting to put on a breather to! how would I we go about capping it? and nice paint man! I'm going to do mine red to match the calipers, just my valve cover its self though.

i capped the side thats on the intake, but there isnt enough room to fit the breather filter on snuggly. the metal bar (sorry im a noob, whats that called) is keeping the filter from going on all the way.

any ideas?

take the clamp off the hose and pull the hose off. then put the cap on the intake side. and then put the little breather filter on the valve cover.

but for me that damn metal bar (WTF IS IT) is getting in the way and wont let me put it on all the way

I was just looking at mine, I have no idea, I think it carries pressure for something... No idea though. Thanks for the plug things there. I was always afraid if I tried something I would end up sucking and screwing me over.
