Sorry for the big picture but anyway I just put these on today, I haven't seen what they look like at night yet. Got them for 20$ on eBay. I like them though.
(I know it looks like theres no 2 RPM but it's there.)

Nah they said to get a spray bottle with a little soap and water. I put them on then when they were in the right spots I took a hairdryer and got all the water out.
