Stock Fog Light Aiming?

Didn't find this in a site search...noticed last night that might driver's side fog light beam pattern is higher than my passenger side. Old school method of backing up straight from garage door at night!

Looked through owner's manual and nothing is mentioned on how to aim these lights. I did try moving the lights by hand and they seem very flexible...

Any suggestions?

right behind the fog light theres a big plast6ic nut......shaped kinda like a wing nut.......you turn that either which way to adjust the beam, i cant remember which way to turn to go up and down........just give it a few turns and you will figure it out, hope this helps........

Can you just access the nut by feeling around with your hand? Just trying to figure out how accessible the nut is. No need to pull any kind of air flow body panel or wheel wheel liner?

no, just release the headlight tabs, and slide it forward, the wingnut is on the fog light bracket attached to the foglight. tighten it to lower the beam, and loosen to raise the beam.

what about adjusting your regular headlights? is there a special screwdriver or something? Mine haven't been shining straight since i cleared my corners, and i'm always getting people flaching me.

look on top of the headlight you should see 2 white adjustment almost looks like a star those are it on mine i have a window with a level in it and that will show you where the light should be at
i believe it should be a torx head maybe a 10 to 15 size not to sure on that

maybe a torx socket. a torx head would be the same shape/size. but i've never seena torx socket anywhere.

When you do aim your head lights or fog lights how far ahead should the lights be aimed at? There is nothing I hate more then someone with lights that are not at the proper level and blind you when your driving.

ya i have allot of torx sockets torx screwdrivers
i was taught you should be about 25 feet to aim headlights

On the headlight where it has the level, should that be at 0 degrees or what is that for. I am just curious, i think my lights are all out of whack, since i get flashed all the time. Thanks for readin

yes the bubble should be at the center
