Store/Site purchased: Canadian Tire
Cost/Shipping: $58.99CND
Store service, contact, delivery, problems, props: its a chain store...what can you expect

Initial product impressions, quality: normal looking brake pads
Instructions, good, bad, none, etc: they were there
Installation notes, easy, hard, PITA: no prob here
If not self installed, cost of installation: n/a

Performance, appearance opinions: really good braking, no noise, and hardly no dust either
Any other thoughts about the product: for a cheap OEM replacement and nothing for high performance, i'd use 'em again

Love 'em put them on the ho 35,000 km ago...still amazing braking...still lots of pad left wo which is surprising...wife loves to wait until the last secong b4 slowing down for lights...stop signs etc...no matter how much I complain insists on holding speed until last second then slamming on the brakes...she went through the white box crap in less then two months.
