I was wondering how the trim on the outside of the door window attaches, this isn't for my car and I don't wanna take mine apart to figure it out. If necessary I will ask them to post it up but it will be a bit because they are out of town, they just called and asked because it is coming loose. The way I understand it it is the bottom that is having a problem. I would assume it is clips but I have been told that they couldn't get it to clip in so I wanted to make sure

It's bad that i'm not 100% sure on our cars (because i have taken thousands of cars apart lol) but i think there is a screw that holds the back down...open the door and look on the inside. there MIGHT (i dont think so) be one on the front too. Take those out then you simple pry lightly on it outward and it pops off. Window down of course. On our cars i dont think there are clips along the bottom of the molding on the inside. If they take it off they will see how it kind of works...i'm finding it VERY hard to explain on here...lol. Sorry if i confused you. Wish i had my car so i could go take a look and be 100% sure.

unless you have to pull the door panel to see it I don't see any screws

The only trim I removed, was the trim next to the windshield.

Remove rubber weatherstrip, remove 3 screws, thing falls off. Assemble in reverse order :p
