HID Kit wont turn on

Hello everyone. I just got the ddm HID kit. I already mounted the ballasts, and it seems like I have all the connections down, but it will not turn on. Could it be that the kit I got was bad, or is there maybe something I connected wrong? I pretty much followed the instructions from there website (https://www.ddmtuning.com/support/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=2&nav=0,1). Is there something else maybe they dont mention there?

Did you happen to touch the bulbs? -_-

Try turning the big clip around on side is positive and other is negative. When I installed my hids I mixed it up and once if fixed that they worked.

The plug that goes to the top of the ballast's needs to be reversed.

If you touched the bulbs with bare hands, they are most likely shot.
