Fender Flares, never seen them before...

agreed, the shape it gives the car looks great it they werent chrome and actually molded on. I've never seen them before, I would say they were swapped from something else but they are clearly made for the car.

I was thinking the rear fender flares could also be used as a shield to hide his rust perhaps?

if they were black, and the car had wheels with spacers it might suit it well.
