driver door wistle

I have a coupe and my drive door wistles like quite a bit why? And what could I do to fix it?

Probably the weatherstripping is failing with age, but I can't say for sure since I'm not there.

Of course, you ARE rolling the window up all the way, right?

Another choice may be a minor misalignment of the driver's door. Which would cause the same effect, the weatherstripping wouldn't seal properly.
