After some quick measurements at the meet this past weekend I got the diffuser drilled off the GTO. It should be able to cut and retrofitted to the alero. For those who dont know the purpose is to reduce drag basically, dont know about the functionality of it on the alero but on the GTO it was designed for it made a noticeable difference. I grabbed some pics with parts car real quick just to see, kinda like it. What do you think?
It will also be able to be adjusted forward/backward, just tossed it up there to get an idea.

I can make more selling it separately or using it on the alero rather then keeping it on the car when it sells. The actual one the Difflow.com makes it $800. That is the actual prototype they used in the video and all, one of a kind with the rounded fins... now scraped to crap on the bottom :'( The owner posted on the GTO forum that they were starting production for them so I messaged him, got that one for $350 shipped.

My natural instinct is to sell... unless of course, you can make it work on your Alero.

It could have potential, but until then, sell it.

Im really thinking about taking the exhaust out right infront of the rear wheels and doing something different on the rear end for it.

Please don't do that unless you have an 90s Camaro and a mullet, not to mention in most states it is illegal!

Not those items, that was a joke about side pipes. Exhaust exiting in front of the rear axle downward is usually illegal.

Ugly....and yea those side exhausts are illegal here. It would be sick if it was possible to cut a hole(s) in the qtr panels and have them go out them (obviously only on a coupe). Have the tips nice and flush with the qtr and then put a nice trim piece around it.

I took another look at it. I think with proper trimming on it i would be able to get the exhaust back there. not sticking out so far I really think it could look good.
