Alero SC/T spoiler.

Well atm this is still a work in progress. But a good friend over on GAGT sent me a black very good condition sct spoiler for free for helping him try to get something awhile back. I am working on getting it installed today. Right now im cleaning up all the crap from the stock one, but heres some mock up pics.

Far from the same. One back stud lines up, the other back stud is off by less then a 1/4 inch. The two front studs are way off, ill have to drill holes to mount it.

What a pain in the ass. I have an extra trunk lid to work with though so that wont be too much of a problem ;)

Okay update

If anyone interested in new holes here it is, the stock rear holes had to be notched a bit to fit the spoiler center, and the hole you see up to the right is the new hole to drill for the front threads on the sct spoiler.

After thats said and done, apply double sided tape, drill out the second layer of metal inside the trunk to fit a new bolt through it to bolt it down, after all that. Its finally mounted. :)

What did you do about the old stock front hole from our spoiler? did the base of the sc/t cover it and just fill it with the double sided tape, or you planning on having it fixed right later on?

and I tried to get one of the cf ones last summer... missed out by less than half an hour :(

The base and double sided tape covers/seals the stock top holes.

And yeah at 300 a pop I don't know if I would want one haha.

Pontiac grand am concept car sc/t... they actually produced the.hood and spoiler during production from 2003-2005... pfyc sells the.full lip kit only.for.the.grand ams...
