Okay i think this would be a body question...
Does anyone know how to remove the small pillar on the sedans of rear door? Its painted black or is a vinyl of some sort on it.. And i could use a new one. Does it just pop out of place? Adhesive or taped in? Please let me know!

Have to take out the window quarter glass is sealed in it. If you pullyour door panel yyou'll see it's part of the guide.

the window trim and the 1/4 window are all one piece. there is one bolt holding it in. need to take the door panel off, the window out, the 10mm bolt, then grab the pillar and yank it forward. mine had double sided foam tape holding it to the door. have to take it out at an angle the bracket at the bottom wont fit thru the top of the door pulling it straight out.

Sounds like more of a pain then its worth.
Is it really all that involved for the painted black piece thats between the rubber? I dont want the rubber out, just that plastic painted piece.

Roll down the window tie a tow strap through the window and the outer door. Hook it up to a truck (preferabley diesel) and drive. It pops out with no hassle
