Manual Window Lever

So the lever that adjusts my new Alero's driver side mirror is like, ruined. The glass just tilts whatever way it feels like. The lever mechanism floats around inside the door trim, it doesn't snap into place anymore. Somehow they broke the plastic cylinder the lever sits in. I wiggle the lever by hand but it doesn't seem to adjust the mirror at all. I feel like the mechanism itself is broken.

It looks like a new mirror comes with the lever assembly and everything.

I think I answered my own question. I need a new mirror, can't really refurbish the existing one. Hopefully the new mirror pops into my door panel trim properly.

Actually, I think the door trim plastic that this lever/cylinder goes into is broken. I'll look at it tomorrow.

Can I buy the trim somewhere or is it a junkyard fun run?

Check rock auto or gmparts, maybe ebay?

If not, guess its a JY run.

nope I ordered a normal one. i prefer the standard mirrors, hate the GA ones
