I was driving home tonight and i had my HIDs on for my low beams, then put on my cruise at 60. Turned to my high beams to see farther (obviously lol) and then turned them off back to my HIDs and cruise goes off, and wont come back on...its been happening to me since i put the HIDs in :'(..
I was wondering maybe if it had to do something that my car wasnt all the way to temperature yet...but i dont think thats it.
If you guys could help that would be great! Appreciate it!
I NEED MY CRUISE

I stick a Pennie in the switch to keep it depressed and mine stays on. Did that to both of my aleros

Well the cruise button on the left of the steering wheel works and everything, but the one to actually set the cruise on the right side doesnt work.....it worked this morning to school -___-

Check your brake switch mine was corroded and caused the same problem. it makes the system think you are pressing on the brake. There are 2 switches one for the cruse and one for brake lights. I took it apart and cleaned the contacts it worked again, you could replace it they where not that expensive just where not any in stock near me.

Sounds like a fuse or a short to me.
Mine didn't work for the longest time, however I needed a new cruise box. The switch on the wheel worked and everything.
Drove my Volvo 225 miles last night, didn't use cruise once
