Thanks dang Crutchfield only thing I hate about them is their outdated fitment guide. Someone linked another site (sonicelectronix.com) and according to them it fits. Got the Accele RVCLPMB Low Profile License Plate Camera too. Thinking about adding the SeriusXM tuner since it's getting professionally installed.. might as well do it now and save the extra install fees. I don't spend a ton of time in the car though so might think about that some. Everything's shipped from Crutchfield already so just gonna wait till Saturday when I get my next check deposited and go down to Fry's to pay for and schedule the install.

Y' all got stock 4x6's and tweets? Only thing stock left on her audio wise after this install. Probably gonna have to add a processor or cross over soon too. Got the dual 12's running off a Kenwood monoblock and bi-amplified SST.6.9's running off the stock amp.

I have Rockford Fosgate in the back and polk in the front. My tweteters are stock and I also have a P1 with a R150-2 amp.

I got rid of the 4x6s and put in some infinity kappa 62.9i's. I'll be getting some crescendo pwx 6.5's and ft1 bullet tweeters today which will be used for the front doors and the kappa's will be put in the back.

I'm all stock speakers, but I put a fat JVC double din in so I can watch movies and play my Dreamcast on the go.

Quiet sleepy! I'm just gauging interest atm. You know I get like this when I get bored or excited about something else. Without a decent offer she's not going anywhere. I won't give her away since I don't have to.

I'll post up after it's installed. Gonna save up money for the install. Shouldn't be long. Gonna have the H.U. and the Back up camera done professionally. I'll post some arrival pics of the H.U. when it gets here lol. Link below is for the camera I got.

When I had my Grand Am, I upgraded those sorry 4x6 (although they did have good bass) for 6 1/2 WCC 610 speakers (basically a pair of Orions). I installed the crossover and I put the tweeter in the sail panel (although it was held in there by zip ties). Anyways, if I got another one I'd do the same thing again. It was pretty nice and loud, although you do have to make an adapter so you can use the stock speaker holder and the back of the speaker will clear. You also don't want the cone to touch the door panel, so you might want to make a spacer for it too (I did using the grille).

Yeah I saw it was a little bit of a hassle to install 6.5's so I was looking at the 4x6 Polks linked below...Those seem like a really good deal for Polks $49.99?? lol. I might get some Polk 6x9s too I beat the hell out of those SoundStream SST6.9 tarantulas..The Polks are on sale too at half price.

If you like them, go for it I guess... I have 4" speakers in my Cutlass dash and they're always blowing out, so idk if those Polks will last ya.

Yeah I think I might have lost one of the Soundstream 6x9's in the back. I think that's a good deal on the polk's but not sure how they rate as a company anymore.

Quality has gone down immensely over the years everywhere... even Alpine isn't what it used to be.
