can a air intake manafold out of 2.4 ecotec out of a cobolt ss n/a or a pursuit gt bolt up to the 2.2 ecotec? and if so what kind of hp gain should i expect?

Yes it can but requires a throttle body adapter, and it will max out the stock injectors so you should get those as well...it requires a tune...i have lookef read into it and there is a decent amount of info there if you want info on gains...I havent looked for a bit

by a tune do u the computer tuned ? im not very good with anything like that

Yes i mean someone will have to go in with hp tuners and change fuel trims etc.

You could swap computers, but it also creates an issue where the BCM (body control) won't communicate with the PCM/ECM (the computer that controls the engine) and you can get issues like the car not starting because of passlock or your SVS light turning on. It's easier to just change values on the PCM.

I do believe the manifold has to be from Cobalt's made prior to 08 in order to get performance gains.
