Car take awile to start

When I try to crank my car it take 3-5 seconds to start, sometimes longer. I have replaced the fuel filter and regulator. Also cleaned the throttle. Any and all advice it welcome.

+1 with sleepy. Starter's on its way out. Pretty easy to change if you're mechanically inclined.

Prime the fuel system prior to starting. Key on, wait five seconds, key off. Repeat 3 times then see how it starts. It's possible fuel pressure is bleeding back into the tank.

If the starter is turning the engine just as quickly as it was, it's not the starter. If it's not fuel, it's spark or air. Replacing the spark plugs is a good idea. Clogged air filter can contribute as well.
