Hey,
Looking at upgrading my stock tweeters finally. My whole system is Pioneer so I would like to stick with Pioneer but I am open to suggestions. What size fits the best in the stock location? Although I know I am gonna have to silicone them in or use some kinda epoxy. I am open to anything anyone has to say about this. My 4x6's are 3 way pioneers. the 6x9's are 4 way pioneers so i already have lots of tweeters. makes up for all the bass in the trunk. I may have to take the sail panels to the local audio shop and have him do it but I like doing stuff myself. I am mechanically inclined and i am in tech school for it so I am sure I can handle gluing in a speaker. I did the rest of the audio upgrades myself.

I been looking at the pioneer ts-t15 tweeter. It's a 3/4" tweeter. I think it should snap right into place of the factory one.

Probably a good idea to stick with Pioneer, or stay stock. Without knowing details about the specs on the tweeters it will be trial and error. Better tweeters generally cost more or take up more space to mount.

Thanks for the reply and the advice. Gotta wait to get the tweeters now until I figure out the issue with the cruise on my wife's car.

if a component set with crossovers is in your budget i suggest going that route
