Hey everybody! I'm Jake from Oklahoma. I've had my Alero since February, making it the second longest time I've owned one car. I buy and sell used cars from my house, but my Alero isn't going to be sold anytime soon. My main job is at Walmart, in receiving, and I just sell cars on the side- mostly just for fun and some extra cash. If you couldn't tell by my username, I like Volbeat. I listen to pretty much everything, though, from classic rock to modern rock, country, even techno, as long as it isn't dubstep. I love turning the wrench and I'm always working on one car or another... I'm hoping to learn a lot from you guys and get some ideas for my Alero!

Welcome to the site and what part of southern Oklahoma if I may ask? I spent over 6 months of last year in the Lawton-Fort Sill area myself for work. Not a bad looking Alero you got there either. Welcome again and happy modding.

I'm in Sulphur, I think Lawton is about 80 miles from here or so.

Nice man. So you're not too far from where I was when I was out there then.

I don't think I've been out that way though. I've been to the panhandle and Tulsa areas but never over to the west.

Well to be honest I don't think you're missing too much out that way lol. It's the 3rd largest city in Oklahoma, but there isn't a whole lot in terms of things to do out there. Other than Mount Scott, a mall, bowling, or the movies not much else to do. Still not a bad town in my opinion though. Definitely a lot bigger than the town I was living in before I moved to where I'm currently at.
