Calling All Aleros

OK this Weekend is the K&N Nationals at Englishtown, NJ.

I will be there on Sunday only, but it would be cool to have a lot of Aleros there. Daytona will probably bring his Daytona, but we'll let him hang with us anyway :lol:

If you don't wanna race, just come out and shjow off your Alero to everybody else

Sport Compact racing only on Saturday due to noise restrictions

Looks like I might not make it down there on Sunday afterall. :( I'm still going to want to make a couple of the remaining events there in October and November but we'll see if my schedule allows. :( :( :(

you guys should drive down to my track (its mine even though i havent raced there yet :lol: ) sometime. like tonight is freaky friday, the first friday of every month. it costs like 20 bucks to run all night. by all night i mean from like 9pm to 5am sat morning. i couldnt go tonight because i am on duty but my buddies went....bastards. <_<

Photo shop was closed since ESPN 2 was there taping the pro cars.

What a sucky day

at least 20 times that had to clean the track, becuase these assholes kept blowing something and drove down the entire track leaking what ever

One guy blew his motor, and drove the entire 1/4 mile and 1/8 mile of the shut down road. All damn day I waited and waited to run. Got my first run at 10:05 AM and didn't get a second time shot. Brackets started at 6:30 PM :pissed:

Rice was racing in the pits. One kid did about 25 passes and blew a head gasket, but yet still did about 5 more before his car just shut off. Most of the annocments over the PA were in Spanish :pissed: last time I checked NJ is in the US :pissed:

But now the good news

Made it to the 3rd round and it was dark by the time I started racing so it was cool racing at night, I never did that before.

Plus my goal of 14.9 and 90 mph will not be set at Englishtown. every car was lighting them up off the line, and it got worst as the night when on.

Tried deep staging all day, and I liked it, but in the 3rd round I red lighted by -.004 Dohh Plus I would have won since the RSX that I raced didn't know he won until he got his slip

Now for some reason, in time shots they matched bracket 1 agains bracket 2. bracket 2 is 14.99 to 12 something I think

Anyway my number is 5038 and every launch I spun them up and it got worst as the day when on

That sucks. I kinda had a feeling it would be a pretty big clusterf--k with all of the kids and their imports trying to be all "Fast and the Furious". I barely have patience waiting 6+ hours on a regular Sunday so I never would have been able to put up with these retards yesterday had I raced.

I am going to try to be there on Halloween for the Import Survival Series (open to the first 400 imports and sport compacts). I figure I only need to keep the RT's down around .05x in order to go rounds.

The kid kept changing his dial to match mine.
