Can we see the underside of hood showing bracing near the front? I'd like to know if you get more hood clearance, esp. on the driver's side

No added clearence. Looks basically like a stock hood underneath. I dont have the hood right now, i just dropped it off today to a shop to fix the damages.... Will get it back in a few weeks.

You are very lucky to have one of those hoods they are so rare. Thinking about picking up an alero for a project car.
