Well after some research and talking to the two audio shops in town i bit the bullet and purchased a PAC LCGM24 harness for $80. I'm taking my current scosche one and hitting it with a hammer

Well I installed my new PAC LCGM24 harness today. My Pioneer deck works better and is brighter than before. I also got back the 3 chimes that happen when you push the lock button. I lost that with the scosche harness. I did however, for some odd reason, lose my RAP. I have no idea why but in the scope of things it's not that damn important. The radio working when its cold was. The added bonus of better audio is just a perk. Oh yea the speakers put out more sound at lower volume and clearer as well. Cleaning the massive amount of corrosion off my battery terminals probably helped as well. It was all hidden under that plastic boot that is around the actual terminal.

Retained accessory power. It's what keeps the radio on after shutting the car off or until you open the door. For ten minutes anyway

I lost RAP with Scosche. Chimes are there though, just not very loud.

Yea I still have all my chimes and gained back the one when you lock the doors. RAP isn't needed cuz I usually shut the car off and get out anyway being I work 6 days a week.
