Looking for new bushings, but they come in 18mm, 19-20mm, 21mm, 22mm, and 24mm.... how do I know what size the front and rear are? anybody know? my rear bushings are quite shot, so pricing out replacing them when I do the shocks.

Rockauto should have the correct size

You will have to measure the bar.
45/64 takes 18mm
7/8 takes 22mm
15/16 takes 24mm

It all depends on which suspension package you have. Look at your RPO codes on the spare tire cover. There is a thread of RPO codes on here ;)

You posted in the other thread that you have FE2 suspension. I'm pretty sure that's the regular duty suspension. FE3 is the sport suspension

Ok, so what does that mean as far as sway bar size?

Sway bar MAY be smaller size.
Just lay under there and measure it, either with a caliper or just an open end metric wrench.
Be sure to measure near the bushings as it may get thinner at the ends (don't know from top of my head)

Honestly, I would call the a dealership and go from there. Shouldn't be too expensive of a part and they will look it up by the VIN
