Under the thread box there is a box that has the header "Additional Options"

Click on button that says "Manage Attachments"

A small window will pop up with options on where to upload pics to the site

Says it's to large but I cropped the heck of it already any other way to upload

Its "too large" by filesize.
You can also easily use any other picture hoster and link the pic here.
