Can I keep the bass and sound that my system creates inside the car using Sound Deadening sheets? It is obnoxious outside the car and I don't want a ticket. I have a Crunch PX1000.2 and a Kicker CVT102 10 inch 400w sub and the four stock speakers.

You can reduce some noise from going outside using sound deadening, but you're not going to do the "Jim Carrey Ace Ventura open-and-close the door and go from loud noise to no noise" type of thing. Definitely get some sound deadening, it helps inside and out, but don't expect to break the laws of physics.
Also, the worst rattle usually comes from your license plate or plate frame. Put some dynamat or weather stripping between em, and it usually helps a ton.

:agree: I agree with this. That is where it would rattle the most back when I had a system in my car. I just bent the license plate forward enough to where it wasn't sitting right on the trunk and that took care of most of it.
