What's up everyone, I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of the alero community! I have an 04 GX 5spd, and I absolutely love my car. It's nice to be in the presence of like minded people. I'm an auto technician by trade so working on cars is a passion of mine. I've owned my alero for about 7yrs and am only now finding myself with the financial means to put s little love into it. Can't wait to scour the site and pick everyone's brain a bit.

Welcome!! If memory serves me, the 04 gx 5speed is one of the more rare cars given how few were actually made... I'd love to see some pictures of it and hear about what you might have planned :)

Correct. If it is a coupe, the 04 5sp production numbers are less than the F500. Very rare. There are around here somewhere on a recent thread. If it has power windows/rear disk/or trac control you have probably a one of a kind.

Welcome! You are in the right place, post up some pics, happy modding. Those 2.2 5sp's are ton a fun. Aftermarket support is becoming a little more difficult with age but it's all still out there.
