Backup camera install tips?

Investigating installing a backup cam in my daughters 2004 GLS. The camera we are looking at would be mounted using the license plate screws on the trunk lid. I guess a hole would need to be drilled for wires. Backup lights are also on the trunk lid, so +12v and ground is easy. So the main thing is routing the video cable off the trunk lid and into the car body, then up to the center console stack. Anyone done this and have tips to share?

No tips available; it's pretty straightforward. Trim pieces come off easily and you can route it right up the driver's side under the baseboard trim and through or under the dash to the radio area.
