Stock Radio ??s

I am a newb. :ph34r: I want to say nice forums with alot of info. I have been a Grand Prix guy for awile and there are some nice aleros on this board. Anyways, I did a search and did not find what I was looking for, I may have not looked hard enough. I acquired a stock radio from an 01 to 03 Olds Alero. I want to put this in my work truck which is just a basic Chevy Express. I hooked it up and the plugs worked, but the radio says loc. I took it to a dealer and they said that it would not respond with the radio. Is there anyway I can make this thing work or I am pissin in the wind with this idea. I just want my free cd player to play cds while I am workning. If I have to be in the truck all day, why not listen to good music instead of top 40 crap, right?? Can you guys help me out?? I tried to do the exact same thing... it wont work.

It says Lock becuase that Radio is a Delco Lock radio it is biult so if you take it out of a car you need the code to make it work agian. Otherwise it should work in any car, truck, lama, whatever pretty much.
