hey all... i have been poking around here for the last few months but i never did introduce myself. My name is Evan Troyer and I am from Zanesville, OH (Y Bridge City). Anyway, i drive a 2001 Alero GL "Sport" 2dr. its arctic white, grey cloth interior, fully loaded (i believe all aleros are basically "loaded" arent they?). I have done a few upgrades such as side markers, Silverstar headlights, brake light decal, hose dress up under the hood, pinstriped corners, muffler, and leather shift boot/ebrake boot. i am in the process of selling her, but nobody has shown any interest so if it doesnt sell in a month or so i will buy some rims to put on her. I see a lot of aleros driving around but mine has something that i have never seen on another alero, factory side graphics. im not a fan of them, however i do like the fact that mine is the only one ive seen w/ them. I have learned a lot of useful stuff already from this site and i thank you all for that, you have been very helpful. i would post some pics but i forgot how to resize so i will just post a link. enjoy and i look forward to getting to know you all better....

welcome!!!!!!! and FYI those are not "factory" side graphics....some dealer probably just threw them on there then charged the first owner of the car like $800 for the side graphics...and IMO they are ugly...

yeah, i totally agree that they are ugly. i am going to have to check about if they are factory or not, cause the dealer told me they were but what the hell do they know anyway? and since i havent seen another one w/ them, your prolly right...

Welcome aboard, T-Train. No Aleros came from the factory with side graphics. Dealers put on graphics and pinstripping afterwards (my dealer paints on the pinstriping).
